On January 16th, 2018 from 2:50 PM UTC to 4:25 PM UTC, we experienced a brief outage from a carrier-side issue that resulted in dropped calls to some international DIDs.
Our team quickly moved into action and was in close contact with the carrier to localize and resolve the issue.
As of 4:25 PM UTC, the carrier fixed the issue from their end and all call traffic returned to normal.
