Monitoring

Provider has fixed the issue and we have confirmed 0 instances of outbound route failures for more than 15 minutes (since 16:13UTC.) We will continue to monitor and follow-up for root cause and resolution

Update

Downgrading to degraded performance. Confirmed most calls connect on retry. The issue still occurring, but at a lower frequency. Affected calls may take longer to connect.

Identified

Telephony provider experiencing errors with certain outbound routes causing partial outbound call failure beginning at 14:20UTC. We are working with the provider to resolve.
