Some requests for a dynamic number failed with HTTP 400

Between 18:30–20:30 UTC, Ringba was validating an enhancement to the dynamic number service (display.ringba.com). During this window, a configuration issue caused some requests without query string parameters to return an HTTP 400 response.

The impact was limited primarily to direct API usage. Sites using the Ringba JavaScript snippet were largely unaffected.

The issue was identified, the change was rolled back, and the service is operating normally. Prior testing outside of core hours did not surface this scenario. We are expanding monitoring and validation against core-hours production traffic patterns before reintroducing the enhancement.
